How & how long to store milled grains?

I stopped by a lhbs Friday and bought some milled grains for an extract batch I intended to brew over the weekend. Well, weekend has come and gone and no brew session. I'm going to be working out of town for a week or three. (Hopefully just a week but I'm being realistic about a relief voulenteering to work a holiday weekend). Anyhow, assuming it'll be at least 2 weeks before I brew, what should I do with the milled grains? Its just in a bulk bag with baggie tie.

I think as long as they stay dry they should be fine for a couple weeks.

Dry and air tight they should store for a month or two, it wouldn't stop me from using them when I got the chance to brew.

What the others had said cool dry place, will keep for quite a few weeks

I've kept crushed grains up to 2 months in their original bags inside a Home Depot orange bucket with sealed lid in place. Cheap & effective.
