I'm going to Keg a Berliner Weisse tonight. It's at 70 degrees. I want about 3.7 Volumes of Co2. Is it safe to crank up the regulator to almost 50 pounds of pressure in order to achieve this high of carbonation level? Has anyone done this?

I really don't want to have to bottle these in my belgian bottles, as it's a pain...

you could also bottle in the champagne bottles that take a crown cap. I've carbonated some things up to 5 volumes in those bottles.
