How early/soon do you all normally bottle your wine into wine bottles? I have blackberry wine that's pretty much done and already been racked a few times.

I generally rack every 60 days (racking onto campden every other time) until there are NO more lees falling, not even a fine dusting. at that point it's time to stabilize & sweeten, oak it or just bottle.
it's usually around the 6-8 month mark for me.

I usually bulk age my wine for a year, sometimes more, before bottling. You can certainly bottle before then, I just prefer to bulk age.
Regards, GF.

I rack several times, typically every 6 weeks or as needed. I just bottled plum wine that bulk aged for about 10 months. I currently have 2 gallons of muscadine wine that will sit for 10 months too. I could probably bottle it now, but I'll wait. There's no hurry.
