2lbs sugar

1oz Saaz 55minutes
1oz Saaz 25 minutes
1oz splat 5minutes

wyeast 2112 California Lager Yeast

what are your thoughts? would you change/add anything?

I would use a true American-style lager yeast (if you can get your temps down).

Othere than that, I think this looks pretty decent. I would add most of the extract in towards the end to keep a lighter color. The hardest part about doing a beer like this extract is getting light color.

Agreed- dump in 1/2 to 2/3 of your extract with 15 minutes of boil left (slowly, try to keep it boiling)- this will make the color nice and light

check your extract brand for ingredients- some light and extra light extracts have corn or rice syrup added to make them extra light- if it already has one of these syrups in with the barley, id skip the sugar- which might be a little much to begin with, IMO
