How do you provide a link to an excel spreadsheet within your post?

I just finished my program and would like to share it for anyone who wants to use it. Think it would be a nice tool for any beginning to intermediate all grain brewer.

You need to host the file somewhere, and then provide the link to the file. Generally I think the common ones are like 'rapidshare' or 'filefront' but you may find another you like better.
