I have a carboy of cider now ready to be bottled, I know I can't avoid oxidization completely since I don't have one of those co2 tanks and not enough equipment, can I store them in a fridge in which the temperature is 6 degree Celsius? If oxidization damages the wine then how do some brewers brew with open lids? What can I do to avoid oxidization?

Do you want carbonated cider or flat?
If carbonated then you have to add sugar (in whatever form) at bottling.
You'll then have to keep it at "room" temperature to carbonate. I
I want to carbonate one or two bottles and store the rest

You can store it in the fridge, thats the best place to store it. However as mentioned, if you are going to carbonate some of it, you wont be able to carbonate it in the fridge, let it carbonate when warm and then store in the fridge after.
