How do I get this off?

Im trying to replace the beer line. How am I suppose to get this clamp off? Tried cutting the hose and pulling but I think it’s permanent. Assume I’m going to have cut it off?

it is a compression fitting/ferrule

just cut it off, dremel or hacksaw with the fitting in a bench vise
