How do I connect this tap tower to my ball lock cornies?

Hi, bought this guy a few years back and am finally getting around to try and sorting my kegerator at long last.

But not sure what the connectors are at the end of the supplied beer line

Have a couple of ball lock cornies so wondering are there any adaptors I can use?

Just replace those shank nuts with liquid out ball lock quick disconnects. Two of these would be what you need.

Not quite that simple. You really need about 10 feet of beverage line between each ball lock connector and shank to prevent foaming issues.

The taps have the little pressure adjusters on side of them, if that helps

NB: Don't think its that exact model I bought, just used link as an example

That would be flow control faucets. I've heard good and bad about them. I might be worth your while to try them with the existing lines if they aren't crudded up.
