I am brewing a kit, but I plan to modify by adding Molasses.

The kit is a 5 gallon mini mash and contains:
2 1/4 pounds 2 row malt
2 Oz chocolate malt
12 Oz crystal 60L malt
4 pounds extra light DME

Based on the kit, The OG is 1.050 and the FG is 1.012. If I add 6 Oz of molasses, how will it change?

I assume there must be an online calculator. Can you reccomend one?

I believe the FG should be the same or close but the OG would be .004 higher, not 100% sure though;)

Lots of folks use Hopville. TastyBrew.com has calculators also. Looks like molasses has about the same potential yield as LME, in the 36 ppg range.
