After all the talk of oxygen I'm cold crashing in my keg in the kegerator I store my reused yeast in mason jars in the fridge. How cold can the yeast get without damage?? Just over freezing?
Someone much smarter than I am can probably offer better advice. But to my knowledge, as long as it doesn't freeze it's fine. I keep all my harvested yeast in mason jars in the fridge.
