how bad/good is my water??

Here is the most recent (that ive found so far) water quality report for my towns tap water.

Aside from chloramine, what else do i have to worry about!???

That's a water quality report, not a water analysis.
If your water department doesn't have the mineral report, you will need to send a sample to Ward Labs.

As mentioned, that report is next to useless. But since the water source is Lake Mich, it should be a good water for brewing. You should be able to look up the Chicago water report and get close enough.
