That's a water quality report, not a water analysis.
If your water department doesn't have the mineral report, you will need to send a sample to Ward Labs.

As mentioned, that report is next to useless. But since the water source is Lake Mich, it should be a good water for brewing. You should be able to look up the Chicago water report and get close enough.

I'm right next to you in Oak Forest and you're likely getting the same water I am. Here's what's coming out of my faucet tested by Ward Labs this past spring:

pH 7.8
Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) Est, ppm 197
Electrical Conductivity, mmho/cm 0.33
Cations / Anions, me/L 3.7 / 3.2

ppm

Sodium, Na 12
Potassium, K 2
Calcium, Ca 39
Magnesium, Mg 14
Total Hardness, CaCO3 156
Nitrate, NO3-N 0.2 (SAFE)
Sulfate, SO4-S 10
Chloride, Cl 18
Carbonate, CO3 < 1
Bicarbonate, HCO3 122
Total Alkalinity, CaCO3 100
Total Phosphorus, P 0.42
Total Iron, Fe < 0.01
