Hey fellas,
Can anyone tell me if this will be ok for my first Mini-Mash. I have only done Extracts before for about 2 years and want to try something more advanced.
23 Litres Water
Coopers Real Ale Liquid Extract 1.73kg
1kg 2 Row pale Malt (Infusion 60 min /Strike 160F/Range 145-155F
1kg Light dry Malt Extract
500g Munich Malt
500g Crystal Malt
1oz Saaz (Bitter)- 50 min
1 Tsp Irish Moss (Clearing)-10 min
1oz Cascades (Flavour)- 15 min
1oz Saaz (Aroma)- 5 min
Wyest liquid (Not sure yet)
What do you guys think because I'm no expert when it comes to the mini mash. I used beersmith and it looks to be about 1.050 OG with a final ABV of about 5.5 with a FG of about 1.010-1.015.
Any help or comments would be awesome... Thank
