The recipe is in "The Complete Joy of Home Brewing" by Charlie Papazian. It's not a complete recipe and there is no joy in making it..... Unless you're drunk and making chicken soup at the same time.

I’ve never understood the “hashtag” thing either. Still don’t get it. I might only be 40, but in school I learned it was the pound symbol on the rotary phone or the number symbol.

It's for Twitter links to a Twitter feed. Kinda like the @ for calling you out, but in this case its feed or Twitter handle.
