I'm the guy that all the lawn obsessed neighbors hate. I try doing no mow may, and I seldom mow twice in a nine day period. When I start mowing, usually the guy across the street instantly goes out and starts his mower.

I don't think he's the one who complains. I think that's the octogenarian with dementia who looks on from the backyard side.
