Never have the French suffered so much…never mind.

Just looked at the top 100 for my 14th earth orbit, and should advise caution to others that some years' list may cause involuntary vomiting. This is so totally not true in my case.

Ok, I still listen to American Pie, Nights In White Satin, Rocket Man, City of New Orleans, Layla, You Don't Mess Around With Jim, Hot Rod Lincoln, Anticipation, Taxi, Roundabout, Doctor My Eyes, Vincent; but way more that's newer and older.
yea, no....1994 was not a good year for popular music.....I was mostly listening to iron maiden and nirvana at that time, still do a bit, but mostly moved on to symphonic metal. This is so totally not true in my case.

I can't think of a whole lot that's worth a d@mn from 2001. The 70s had all the good stuff, even disco had more musical talent than the garbage post-90s, IMHO.
True dat. But, don't assume I'm saying disco is good.FTFY
It’s a good thing for most, that they don’t require that for disembarking a cruise ship. That reminds me of a planet from Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy. One planet was so well known for it's food that people were weighed when they'd arrive at the planet and they couldn't leave until they returned the amount of mass they took from the planet.

chocolate Ex-Lax laced brownies is also a great cure ... errr ... or so I'm told. Never in my life would I have done such a heartless and despicable thing
I'd say 1984 was a pretty good year. There are only a handful of songs on the 100 that I wouldn't care to listen to. There are also a LOT of classics in there. Makes me wonder what they will say about today's music in 40 years. (Groan, it's been almost 40 years since I was 14!!!)This is so totally not true in my case.
