Looking for input on this crazy looking beer. I'll lead off by saying I know this will be very difficult to balance everything going on in here, but I don't think it will be impossible.

This is a 5 gallon BIAB batch. It's outside of any style I know, but it's closest to a weizenbock, and borderline wheatwine

1 chopped Lemon and 1/2 tbsp Cayenne pepper soaked in 3 oz bourbon for 7 days - strain out the lemon and pitch all the liquid
2 oz St Germain Elderflower Liquor (to enhance the floral and citrus flavors)
OliveNation Honey Flavor Extract added to the keg to taste
