Hello guys!
I'm trying to make a Lager beer, but I'm struggling to pick the hops ...
I intend to make a Lager with good aroma, flavor and Hoppy.
Malts I will use will be:
-Pils;
-Melanoid;
-Carapils pils.
At home I have to Saaz and Hersbrucker may use, but rather know one your opinion before deciding.
Thanks in advance.

I love Saaz in a nice malty pilsner lager. Can't go wrong with that. Hallertau is always a good choice, too. Hersbrucker is a German hop that is used in lagers, too, but is perhaps less popular or well known.

I brewed a Kolsch with this hop and grain bill, using Honey malt as the melanoid malt. Sazz at 90 min,Sazz and Hersbrucker at 30 min. when I did a FWH on one version and a 20min whirlpool on another one they were very perfumy, and took awhile to mellow out. I did a 0 min and immediate chill that worked well ,but I prefer nothing after 30 min in my lagers and Kolsch.
