every time I use hop pellets they get stuck in the reverse chiller, can some tell me how to avoid this please, this is the second time this has happened out of three brews:mad::mad::mad::mad:

Paint strainer bag or muslin bag. Some people claim your utilization isn't as good, but I've made some good IPAs this way.

so then how do I account of the the loss of the hops utilization when using the bags, should I add 10% more hops or should add more than 10%..

I use a a paint strainer bag.. Made a holder that allows the top to stay up out of the wort, but the bag to hang down in... I put a weight in it, and can then add each hop addition into the bag.. Never had to 'adjust' the hop schedule or amounts...
