Hops in De La Senne Zinnebir

Anyone had this before? Can you identify the hops in this one? There is scarcely a scrap of info on this one online that I can find...

Ive been looking everywhere to get an idea of which hops they use but nada. Ive harvested yeast from a bunch of zinnebir and taras boulba. Ill might try some euro+us hops. Maybe saaz and styrian and then citra, cascade or centennial at flameout... ill bropably wont get anywhere near a de la senne beer but probably itll be a nice belgian pale ale...

In one of the step up starters i mustve gotten an infection. Had to toss the yeast... pls update about the jambe de bois yeast! Love that beer!
