Ive been looking everywhere to get an idea of which hops they use but nada. Ive harvested yeast from a bunch of zinnebir and taras boulba. Ill might try some euro+us hops. Maybe saaz and styrian and then citra, cascade or centennial at flameout... ill bropably wont get anywhere near a de la senne beer but probably itll be a nice belgian pale ale...
