I am planning my first recipe. I haven't seen many hoppy wheat recipes on here so I though I would post it. I am currently fermenting the Jawbreaker Pale Wheat from Midwest Supplies. I used US-04. After I keg I will use the yeast for this brew.
Method: All Grain
Style: American Wheat or Rye Beer
Boil Time: 60 min
Batch Size: 5 gallons (fermentor volume)
Boil Size: 6 gallons
Boil Gravity: 1.042 (recipe based estimate)
Efficiency: 70% (brew house)
OG 1.051
FG 1.012
