I made a hopped can kit and had trouble with my stove and could not get the water to boil. after an hour my water was around 195 f and i was pushed for time so i dumped it in the bucket with the extract and the sugar. everything got dissolved and i added the rest of the water, chilled it with my wort chiller to 70 f and pitched the yeast. will there be any problems because the first 2.5 gallons never actually came to a boil?
