Hop The Strike Water

One time I used cones in the mash and it seemed like they just wanted to float. What are you doing differently?

After reading all the comments It seems like boiling the strike water would not improve my workflow. However, I may try boiling the hops while mashing, perhaps in a gallon of water or so, and then add it to the wort. Then boil the wort for less time.
