each hop strain is the same, if you buy fuggles from store a, they are the same as fuggles from store b. however, the Alpha Acid % can be different, since that can change from crop to crop, and if store a gets their fuggles from a farm in one state, and store b's come from a farm in a different state, there could be a difference. the % is usually listed on the package, so you can figure out how much hops you need to hit your bitterness level.
