How do I store them? Refrigerate or freeze?
I will be filling the syringes from a can and then storing about 30, 5ml syringes

Never mind... I should have searched first. I will freeze them

Remember that the contents will expand when you freeze the syringes.

I thought about that too. I will try it with just a few of them first.
