I am new to this whole "home brewing" thing as I am going to brew my second batch of beer(the first one was over-carbonated and not good). I found a recipe from Bull city brew website and I do not understand the hop schedule for the boil. Can someone explain the time increments and when I am supposed to add them?

Boil Ingredients
Amt Name
0.29 oz Fuggle [4.30 %] - Boil 60.0 min Hop 20.1 IBUs
0.29 oz Kent Golding [5.80 %] - Boil 15.0 min Hop 13.5 IBUs
0.13 tsp Yeast Nutrient (Wyeast) Boil 10.0 mins
0.29 oz Kent Golding [5.80 %] - Boil 5.0 min Hop 5.4 IBUs

Essentially, is the Boil 60.0 min at the start of the boil, and first kent golding is 15 minutes into the boil?

- Put your bittering hops in and boil for 60mins.
- Then with 15mins left in the boil, throw in the 15min hops.
- Then with 5mins left in the boil, throw in the 5min hops.

- Yeast nutrient goes in with 10mins left in the boil.
