I have a lot of left over hops from previous recipes and wanted to put them together into an IIPA I'm planning on brewing this week. However, I'm still kinda new and I have no idea if this hops would work well together or if it'd be a disaster.

The only one I don't have on hand that I would be buying is the centennial, the rest are added based on what amounts I have an on hand.

1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Perle (7.5% AA, 60 min.)
1 oz. Chinook (12% AA, 60 min.)

1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 20 min.)
1 oz. Perle (7.5% AA, 20 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 20 min.)

1 oz. Centennial (10.5% AA, 5 min.)
.5 oz. Willamette (5% AA, 5 min.)

1 oz. Centennial (dry hop 7 days)
1 oz. Sterling (dry hop 7 days)

I may buy some more to dry hop, 2 oz. seems light for an IIPA. But in general, do you guys think these hops would work together?

Looks fine. But if I were to guess I'd guess that the chinook and centennial will overpower the others...

Thanks for the feedback, I appreciate it. Do you think I could create a more balanced flavor profile by replacing the centennial with a less intense hop, perhaps more perle or amarillo?
