I'm going to do a hop rod rye recipe this weekend. I'm a cheap bastage and have some wlp001 CA and english wlp002 slurry that I'm thinking of using instead of the WLP051 CA Ale V yeast I've seen others use. The V attenuation is a bit lower than the 001 as is the English yeast. Which would you use of the two I got (002 or 001, I'm leaning 002) or would you I be better served to buck up and buy the V
