My brother in law wants me to brew a Dogfish Head 90 minute IPA clone and I need to order some Simcoe, Amarillo and Warrior (leaf, but would use pellet). Just about every place I look online is out of Simcoe, Amarillo or both. Could any of you suggest a replacement hop for the Simcoe and/or Amarillo that would be close? Or any suggestions on where to find these elusive hops? I have tried Midwest, Austin, Northern so far.

Simcoe in stock...

Freshops

While there is no direct substitue you can use Falconer's Flight to sub the simcoe and amarillo. I do not know anything about that variety so you will need to search for its profile.

Freezer is best as long as they are sealed they will last a long time and still be good. BTW you do not need to order 12oz of the same varitey. 2 oz is the minimum on variety with a total of 12oz minimum per order.

Freezer.

Falconer's Flight is an excellent substitute, as it is a blend of Simcoe, Amarillo and other hops. Farmhouse Brewing supply has some in stock for very cheap.
