Hop question

So I just bought Czech Saaz & Fuggles hops from Hops Direct! I'm super excited to be finally buying in bulk! :rockin:

One question. I had totally forgotten the fact my friend wanted a Heff or similar in a near future batch. Do you think that Saaz would work in a Wheat beer? I had only planned on Brit beers and some quaffable pilsners.

Saaz is an excellent hop for wheat beers. I use strictly saaz in my Belgian Wits.

NICE!! I have been brewing for a while, but I don't usually brew wheat beers. Although I do enjoy them.

I LOVE saaz.

You happen to have a great Belgian Wit recipe?

Check my recipes section. I've got the recipe for my haus Wit in there. It's an excellent Wit and very easy to brew.
