With 2013 crop popping up, I'm looking to use up what's in my fridge for some hoppy brews. I have cali ale yeast and the following hops and malt on hand.

4 oz homegrown cascade
6 oz citra
2 oz columbus
2 oz centennial
3 oz simcoe
3 oz amarillo
2 oz Saaz
2 oz ekg

Pils, Marris Otter and 2 row base malts
1 lb brown malt
1.5 lb white wheat
1 lb honey malt
.5 lb carapils
1 lb flaked oats
2 lbs roasted barley
.75 lbs black malt
1 lb rye
.25 lbs melanioden
4 lbs crystal 45

I like my hoppy beers focused on just that. Hops. Malt and sweetness in the background

Pale Ale/IPA
1pkg US05
10lbs Marris Otter
.5 lbs carapils
.5 oz each simcoe and amarillo FWH
.5 oz each simcoe and amarillo 10 min
1 oz each simcoe and amarillo Hop Stand
1 oz each simcoe and amarillo Keg Hops

All American DIPA
12lbs 2 row
1.5 lbs white wheat
.5 lbs honey malt
.5 lbs c45
1lb sugar
2 oz columbus 60
1oz centennial 30
2 oz citra 10
2 oz citra, 2 oz cascade hop stand
2 oz citra, 1 oz cascade, 1 oz centennial dry hops 7 days
1 oz cascade keg hops (I love keg hopping my beers. Just a little seems to keep it fresh or bring an old ipa back to life)
Fresh US05 slurry from the Pale/IPA

That only leaves me with a couple ounces each EKG and Saaz.
