I'm making a beer close to an American IPA, but the gravity will be a little on the low side, ~ 1.052 - 1.054

I have summit, columbus, glacier hops to work with.

1/2 oz summit for 60min
1/2 oz columbus 30 min
1/2 oz columbus 20 min

Shooting for 60 to 63 IBU....

Has anyone tried the glacier hops
I was thinking about 1oz glacier at flame out
and then 1oz glacier dryhop .....
Any thoughts please let me know what you think.

I could omit the summit and use columbus for bittering but I heard it might be better to use columbus for flavor........I will be brewing Tuesday, I have a few days to think about it.

I used glacier in one beer and I loved it. A very nice mellow floral. not spicy at all. Almost a sweet cascade.

I have no experience with Glacier, but I can tell you that Columbus is a good bittering hop. That's what goes in the Elissa for bittering now. I'd stick with the Summit for bittering, though, if you can manage that.
