Sorry for the basic question, but when I see

xx hop at 60 min
yy hop added at 0 min

does 0 min refer to dry hopping?

I hope I am explaining this well.

"0" minutes means it's a flame out addition for aroma. 60 minutes is a bittering addition. Flavor hop additions are typically25 to about 10 minutes left in the boil. around 5 to 0 are aroma additions, with 2-3 minutes left in the boil working well for me. Dry hop is described litterally.

Excellent thanks, I guess my follow up would be: how long do I leave those hops in for if the boil is already done?

Until the wort is cooled. I like to whirlpool them for about 10 minutes before I start cooling. I feel it intensifies the hop aroma

I leave them until I rack to the bottling bucket. They sink to the bottom of the fermenter and get covered by the yeast when the ferment slows. Everything in the boiling pot goes into my fermenter when cooled.
