This is what I have planned to brew next weekend...11 gallon batch.

Grain:
20# 2-row
2# Dk Munich
1# Honey Malt
2# Honey - flameout

Hops:
2oz Columbus - FWH
2oz Columbus - 60
1oz Columbus - 20
2.5oz Cascade - 10
3oz Columbus - 5
4oz Cascade - Dry

Yeast:
WLP007 - Dry English Ale

I double the hop schedule of the Anderson Valley Hop Ottin clone recipe on Brew365.

I've dying to try this yeast on a hoppy IPA. I think between the honey at flameout and the attenuation of the 007, this beer should balance out with the hop schedule.

If I'm way off...tell me.

Cheers.
