I checked my Honey Porter after 19 days i the primary and it checked out @1.020 after a OG of 1.048 It was a little low on the og but I went with it. This was a midwest partial lme and steeping grains kit. Now I have heard on the forum that honey recipes have to take a little longer than normal, is this the case and should I let this go for another week or 2?

Thanks:mug:

I had a similar problem with a Honey Brown that I did. I don't know whether it had to do with the Honey or not. Mine stopped at 1.018. I bottled it and it's great, though a little sweet.

Give it another two weeks.
