Looking to purchase a propane burner so I can brew outside, it seems like the general consensus is that the higher the BTU, the better.

Should I go with the Homebrewing.org Propane Burner (200,000 BTU, $80):

or

Bayou SP10 (10 PSI, $60):

The $20 is negligible for me, I just want good equipment that will last. I currently only do 5 gallon all grain batches in a 9 gallon 2 weld brew pot.

I have the burner from homebrewing.org, and I love it. It brings my water to a boil very quickly. I have been very happy with it.
