I apparently forgot to post an introduction. I am out of Cincinnati, and have been brewing for two years. I haven't entered any competitions, but I was told that one of my recipes did win bronze in a local competition in Washington (brewed by a first-timer, even!). I am currently brew with extract, but only because my wort chiller is busted and the extract supplied by Listermann's is top notch.
I am not a member of a club, but just learned that the Bloatarians had apparently changed their schedule some time back to one that fits my schedule perfectly. I'll be paying them a visit next month.
I brew to share, often to my wife's chagrin. I hope to turn this expensive hobby into a profitable business one day, and details of that dream will be intentionally left vague.
