Can we close the border? I think this might work out quite well.
I support the porchcouch...

100 gallons a year per resident/200 per multi-family household minimum.
Well, that leaves me out. I refuse to live in any subdivision that even allows porch couches, never mind one that mandates it, homebrew be damned.![]()
More like "Divorceville"...
I doubt if we would qualify as a subdivision...I'd imagine it would be more like a MAJOR metropolis...![]()
drive?
We will be living in a Homebrewing Community, there will be a tram/bus service !
could you imagine 35000+ drunk/drinking drivers ?

does a swing count as a porchcouch ?
We'd also need a barley field in the back 40k
Bet the online vendors could work out some SERIOUS discounts! Having semi's make one stop for delivery of all that brewing equipment?
You know what happens when we get together. It's bad news bears everywhere. Nothing would get done in this subdivision/metropolis. We'd all lose our wives and then our jobs.
Friggin' Hooverville man.
But we could drink our sorrows away!
Where would we build this Community? What states would be best for growing hops and barley?(and big breasted bartenders?)
Do we have to bring the kids or are they optional?
