Homebrew Club

There isn't a homebrew club near where I live; so I decided to start one myself. I have came up with a name and a couple of friends that are also interested in making, sharing, and talking about homebrew. Now, I am not sure what is the next step in getting this thing off the ground. Do you have any suggestions?
