Because this thread was created for people to post pics of their homebrew.

If you're only leaving your mixed culture beers in the carboy for 2-3 months you more than likely don't have any good pellicle pics.

Been making a series of hibiscus saisons, grist is mostly the same each time except for a few minor changes. The only variable is the yeast I use, this time I experimented with Black Man Belgian mix. Tastes fantastic, it's currently crashing and will be bottling on Sunday. Next batch is Yeast Bay Saison II + whatever dregs I can come up with. Best thing about this is dat color though!

Loves me some hibiscus! Really enjoy how it pairs with citrus, especially orange. Also does very well with cherry.

Yep, I use orange peel in the boil for this one!

Mixed fruit and red wine oaked sour ale. Funny that this had strawberries, pineapple, tart cherries, black cherries, and peaches in it yet it is dominated by strawberry... I dub thee Boone's Farm.

DIPA with Mosaic and a splash of citra. Not anywhere close to brilliantly clear, but it's crazy how much clearer my beers have been without fining or filtering when I started really focusing on pH as a control point.

A little late to the party but you mind sharing the grain bill/process for that Berliner? **** is beautiful!

No problem! It's 50/50 pils and wheat aiming for about 8-9 Plato, then boiled for 20 min and hopped to 2 IBU with Saaz and fermented with US-05 and Delbrueckii. The pineapple and passionfruit added a considerable amount of sourness to the final product but I really like the flavor.

Latest brews:

Not the sunny day I had in mind when I brewed it but my Helles lager is tasting pretty good. Naturally carbonated.

Honey saison dry-hopped with Galaxy. I hate the floating chunks of hops left in the bottle but I love the flavor. This is one of my favorite beers to date, made with Yeast Bay Saison II + a bunch of dregs I had from other brews.

Saison needs a touch more carb.. but tasting mighty fine.

Recent brew day results, hazy ipa

Tepachela is ready. Brett saison blended with tepache. It's tasty but I think the ratio is off, might be better to bottle separately and mix later next time.
