I figure this is just a belgian witbier, but does anyone have this recipe. I have a few friends who really like this beer and wanted to try and make some.

To me it just seems like it would be a lighter wheat malt with what seems to be more orange and coriander.

Typically on my sunshine wheat clone I have been using 1/4 oz coriander and 1/4 oz sweet orange peels.

Anyone know of a recipe for the Hoegaarden. I'm an extract brewer and I know it will be hard to get the flavor exact without going AG.

We have about 50 threads with hoegaarden recipes, I think. You'll have to search through these for an extract recipe, but you'll get darn close.

If you steep some grains you'll be able to get a very close flavor with this--the color might be a touch too dark, but that's the breaks with extract.
