You know what they say....
They don't make them like they used to. How easy is it to dig up OLD recipes? I mean the stuff of our ancestors, form the 18th century, to the middle ages -or even older. Imagine tasting something that could have written by priests of Ninkasi.
What have you made, and how did it turn out?
