If anyone is still sitting on a 2014 Daybreak there is no better time to drink it than now. Went back and revised my original rating higher with the caveat that you probably do not want it to sit around your cellar too much longer.

Had one on-site maybe 3 months ago? Was holding up pretty well, but definitely a bit different than I recall the last bottle I had being.

ooh!

Familia
It's our wheat ale, fermented and aged in second use bourbon barrels with blackberries, apples and rhubarb from our garden.

About 370 bottles made. Don't go in expecting a fruit beer. As the description says it was all fruit we gathered as a family in our back yard. We got a good bit but no where near the levels of what would normally go into a fruit beer. pretty tasty thou

Anyone wanna send some shelfies to pittsburgh? Can pay, send thanks, have trades? U tell me! flo, anna, and Arthur - also the limiteds, but that's not a deal breaker at all. Lmk

Also it has Os name on the front of the bottle so you know insta TB whale.

To add to previous entry, gets pretty funky as it warms, still Arthur dominant. It's a great beer, maybe just not as complex as some of the other CD beers I've had. Not a knock by any stretch of the imagination as this series might be my favorite series/concept. Great beer, falls in the A- grade category for me. I would definitely recommend everyone try it.

If anyone else had had one, I would like to hear what you thought as well.

Cracked one last night had the funk and was very vinous as well. Also had the La Familia it was very good subtle on the fruit, slightly tart and very easy drinking.

I saw Smith's Billiards in Springfield MA has George on their bottle list (and some checkins on Untappd). Is that a regular thing? I haven't been there in a couple of years but have been meaning to revisit (and visit The Student Prince!)

Regularly illegal. Thanks for the heads up!

I chatted briefly with the beer guy for smith's. Claims to regularly get HF, TH, Cantillon etc...told me to expect big things for their festival in June. This makes me wonder if it was just BS or if he is doing some shady grey market ****.
