Yeah did it last year with some vintage Fou' and eneded up opening a bunch of cool stuff like VR and some Casey. Have some some bottles I have been menaing to open this year but haven't got around to them, might flip a coin and see what comes up

The hashtag is important I guess... They want to see your social media post about what you are drinking that day #drinkitnow
I have so much ******** in my cellar I need to get rid of (Night Shift '14 Barrel Society leftovers , etc.) that I could really get behind this. Unfortunately, most of the things that I want to drink from my cellar have already been consumed. If anyone is interested in drinking some (almost certainly) disappointing swill, PM me and we can make it work.

I could get down on a day where we just kill a bunch of old, ****** beer that we've been meaning to get rid of.

Did this recently with some friends. It was brutal.

High(low)lights included Newport Storm '05, Thomas Hooker Old Marley, and one of those Rogue pink bottles.

We did open some good stuff to break it up. It was a fun day.

I saw Smith's Billiards in Springfield MA has George on their bottle list (and some checkins on Untappd). Is that a regular thing? I haven't been there in a couple of years but have been meaning to revisit (and visit The Student Prince!)

Regularly illegal. Thanks for the heads up!

What color is the upholstery on their couches?

This sounds so weird but I need it:
  • Wunderkammer: Stone axe, skull fragments - Ale brewed with corn, beans and squash. Fermented in oak with mixed culture and blended with other oak aged ale. 750ml, $16
Anybody try this yet?

I enjoyed Bufo, that was super weird... Would have been killer with like half the mushrooms though

I'll be at HF with my wife this upcoming Wednesday (the 22nd), anyone going to be around/down to split some bottles? Plan right now is to arrive around noon.

going to try and hit up Hill tomorrow around 1ish if anyone's around and wants to touch tips. I'll be the brown guy with the bright green tote.

CD19 (ale aged in wine barrels) just went out as a CW offering this morning, so presumably the public release posts should be imminent.

On a personal note, I'm making my very first schlep out to HF next month to corral my CW allocations, but the sheer number of bottles involved, and the prospect of having to try to ship them all back to CA is giving me the willies (yeah, I know, super-first-world problems). Any East Coast TBers that know they'll be at HF on March 10th or 11th game to give me a hand with this, i.e. lug back a couple of boxes worth of bottles, the shippers to be provided by me, then mail them out with Fedex labels that I'd provide once I got back home? There's a thank-you box of beer (SARA and such) in it for you, plus my eternal gratitude (not the kind you can drink, though).

Sounds bangin: Release #19 is a blend of beers brewed in fall/winter 2014, consisting primarily of first, second, and third filled 225 liter and 500 liter barrels of Arthur and Florence in addition to several other fractional threads.
