So, if I win. I just need to change all my personal and financial information and likeness to a gregkoko ? Pick them up for me and send my way for SARA rusticness.
Thanks bae!

damn... that sounds awesomeAged 28 months in select bourbon barrels, then conditioned the atop Kenya Kieni coffee beans
They're gonna drain the pond in the back and store all the bottles in there.Judging from the wording that it provides access to ALL the special releases, I'd be inclined to agree with you. No way they're holding on to one of everything for everyone who gets in for an entire year
but then again, if I get in, there will be no FOMO...
That's what we all say...Just one more society. Just one more beer. I promise this is the last one.

I wasn't a member of the original Collected Works but I believe all members received free FoFA admission and the morning of the festival was the only time bottles could be picked up. Members did have the option of naming a trustee to pick up bottles and that person would instead be admitted to FoFA.In the last iteration of Collected Works did they hold all your bottles and let you pick them up all at once, or do you need to attend each release? If it was the latter, did they allow trustees?

For $100 how many special releases will this even be? Is this like a massive discount on bottles?
Yes I know more details forthcoming.
I could totally see them requiring quick pickup window and now trustees - it just makes sense logistically. Having said that, I may even join if they let you pick up every quarter or something.
You're making it sound easy.

Pick-Up Window
At the time of registration, each member will have the option to designate bottle pick-ups on a monthly, quarterly, or bi-annual basis. Bottles will be released via our secure, member’s only website at the beginning of each month, and members have a two-week window for purchasing bottles that are allocated. After the purchase window closes, monthly pick-ups will occur within the remaining two weeks of each month. Quarterly pick-ups will occur during the first two weeks of December, March, June, and September. Bi-annual pick-ups will be scheduled to occur during the months of March and September.
...
Pick-ups will be available Tuesdays through Fridays (no Saturdays) at Hill Farmstead Brewery [403 Hill Road, Greensboro, VT 05842] between the hours of 12 p.m. and 5 p.m. Collected Works members will additionally have the opportunity to make retail purchases (growler fills, bottle sales, merchandise) on Tuesdays as well, a day that we are typically closed to the general public.
We encourage open communication with us about your intentions to pick-up your beers. Failure to make a pick-up window for your membership without contact will result in a refund to your account for any beers purchased during that period, and the bottles will be returned to Hill Farmstead Brewery. Missing two pick-up windows without contacting us during any club membership year will result in cancellation of club membership without refund.
Members must personally pick up the beer they purchase. No trustees may be assigned for initial members. A member may earn the ability to designate a trustee after fulfilling two full terms of membership in good standing.

Membership Terms
A Collected Works membership and its benefits are personal, non-transferable, non-refundable, and are limited to first come-first served.
Each person is allowed to have a maximum of one and only one membership in Collected Works. If a member is found to have obtained multiple memberships, we reserve the right to cancel without refund the entirety of that individual’s membership(s).
...
Right of First Refusal
Collected Works members in good standing at the end of this membership term will have the first right to refuse continued membership in the subsequent year. The number of memberships may or may not be subject to change in following years. Our intention is to allow each member the opportunity to re-enroll if they so choose within a specific one-month window before the end of the current membership year. In August 2017, Collected Works members will receive an email with details about re-enrolling in the membership for the next year’s term.

Q: What beers do I get with my $100 membership fee?
A: There are no beers included automatically with the membership. Instead, Collected Works gives you guaranteed access to Hill Farmstead beers. As a member, you’ll be guaranteed the opportunity to purchase all Hill Farmstead specialty beer releases. You will have the benefit to designate a pick-up option (monthly, quarterly, bi-annually) that is convenient for you, and you will receive expedited bottle pick up service. When possible, you will be given early or exclusive or higher allocated access to our beers. There may be other surprises and opportunities for club members throughout the membership term, however if you don’t see value in the $100 membership fee, we simply ask that you elect not to join Collected Works.
Very important for some people.
- Secure and discrete billing statements
Sounds that way, then you pay for them upfront also so they can hold them till your window. Bi-annual window would work really well for me.So members can purchase beer online through an ecommerce site, correct? I guess that's kind of obvious, but not explicitly stated.
Nevermind - found it buried in there.Sounds that way, then you pay for them upfront also so they can hold them till your window. Bi-annual window would work really well for me.
All bottles will be purchased and pre-paid for online in advance.
