Absolutely hate the rigid one-day pickup window for each day's lottery. It will inevitably be a snowstorm one of those days and then a huge chunk of people are SOL? That doesn't seem right.

Also, does this mean you can enter each day's lottery and potentially win more than one bottle?

I'd love to see both of those points clarified and/or explained.

Alas, having tried Ann, it's worth it.

you get the $5 back if you lose haha no one can read

This info was edited in later - originally, it just said "Freshtix will charge a flat service charge of $5.37 for each entry at sign up." then later, they changed it to: "Freshtix will charge a flat service charge of $5.37 for each entry at sign up (applied to winning entries; those who do not win will be refunded!)."

HF actually did a good job of clearing this up on their Facebook page posting:

  • Aaron LinfordThis is way confusing. So u can try thurs, fri, sat, and Sunday? And there is a $5.37 charge for each entry that's not refunded if u don't win?

Freshtix will charge a flat service charge of $5.37 for each entry at sign up (applied to winning entries; those who do not win will be refunded!). You can enter for all four days separately, as noted (Weds., Thursday, Friday, Saturday)

I'm sure if there's a blizzard, he'll adjust.

And holy ****, people, the $5 is refundable if you're not drawn. If you lose, it costs nothing. Deep breaths, read slowly.

On that note, only other thing I'd love to see is if you win on multiple days, can you pick up your bottles all at once?! Hoping yes, but I bet not.

System is as good as any, looks like a fair way to handle this.

I also read that as bottles that are won are only available on that specific day.

i think $45 a bottle is actually less than what most of us were thinking. I like this concept, although not a fan of the $5.37 non refundable entry fee.

If you were not a winner, your credit card will be refunded by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 16.

edit: sorry for late reply lol

Exceptions for change of day, delay or inability to arrive during pick up window will not be made under any circumstances once purchase is completed.
Maybe you're correct, but it doesn't sound like it.

So if I win thurs and sun I'd have to go back both days? if i cant make it back sun i forfet my money? They should have just done one bottle per person and a multi day pickup window. Lol. I'd be on the phone with amex right away. This is the lamest release ever. I'd rather hear they got drunk and drank it all.

  • Winners will be contacted upon draw and required to pay $47.70 plus $2.37 credit card processing fee to complete their winning entry.

I'm wondering if you won on a day you couldn't go if you just didn't complete the sale/entry, would you still get charged.....

Probably best to avoid then.

I've been confused from the start of this but I think you would just lose the $5.37 if you won and didn't complete the transaction.
