So longer line-up for bottles starting at 10 on Saturday or longer line at the port-a-potties before people get on the various charter buses?

More serious FoFA question (since I am not on a bus) - can we bring bottles to share on-site before "gates" open?

Charters pack their own potties...

100% No. There's strict liquor laws in VT.

A guy I know just cancelled a reservation at The Stagecoach for Friday and Saturday night if anyone is:

A: Scrambling
B: Wants to see Mikecap red in the face
C: You're staying at the Worst Western and need an excuse for Huevos
D: All of the above

TL;DR: there should be an open room at the Coach

As an FYI, as I didn't see it mentioned... the current Willi glasses are only 10oz. As compared to the 16oz OG willi's. Wish they made full sized glassware again.

I believe they're actually 33 cL with a 25 cL fill line. Also miss the pint size Willis, but I believe these were made with the intent of splitting a 500 mL bottle two ways or a 750 mL three ways

Say whaaa! That's my favorite glass ever, they're adorable.

Thanks dude, I switched over and saved some $$; I owe you some beers at the Pig!

Was almost thwarted by this however.. Did they do a run of bottles with these under the caps?
Seems like most of the "premium" mixed fern bottles have those rubber deals on the underneath of the caps. Usually they stay attached to the cap though.

I'm guessing they compress during bottle refermentation and release upon opening, lessening head pressure in the bottle and resulting in less gushing? That's all I could come up with...

Will be there shortly after open tomorrow. Will be wearing a University of Michigan alumni hat. Would be interested in splitting onsite 750's.

It will be my first time at HF. Should I hit the retail or on-site lines up first?

my usual routine is whichever has the shortest lines first... especially if you also are getting growlers

Hitting on-site is a good idea. Let's you check if they've put out a small quantity of a fairly rare beer or vintage. To-go stuff will likely hang on.

Headed to both on Friday on way up to HF. Looking forward to trying the beers from there. You know if they fill any 750ml swingtop growlers? And any clue what's on tap right now?

They will fill any clean 750 growler, their retail tab on the website has growler availability listed
