Most people who call sauce gravy only started doing it after hearing it on "The Sopranos". Present company excepted, of course. It's like when somebody moves to South Philly and all of a sudden starts calling 2nd St. "Two Street" and then insists they've been doing it all of their lives.
 
If you could make your own Sunday gravy this wouldn't be a problem. Freezes beautiful!

Yup. When I make a pot of gravy we start with 7lbs of meat for meatballs, and usually end up frying a couple pounds of sausage as well. We have it that night for dinner and divide up the rest the next day and freeze it. I think it actually tastes better after it's been frozen and unthawed.
 
So sorry to distract from the gravy boners but it looks like Twilight is up on the retail store page.

  • Twilight of the Idols: Porter brewed with coffee and aged on vanilla beans. 500ml, $9. Limit 6 bottles per person.

In all seriousness, route back is probably going to be via 287 to visit a friend in Bethlehem PA, after hitting Tree House on the way back first. Trying to avoid the traffic of the Tri-State area.

don't think I ever had Motueka single hop. Nelson is my fav... still, IMHO the best Nelson beer there is
Seconded on Nelson. By far my favorite of the HF pales. I won't say it's the best Nelson dominant beer until I try Alpine's fresh from the source.
