Please do report back after 2 months in a growler. Curious to see how it compares to very fresh.
So I finally popped the Everett growler last night. 750ml Dated Sep 12, 2014 -- so almost (edit) three months. It definitely lost some carbonation but it had IMO more chocolate on the palate. Very tasty and you can really taste the VT well water (maybe more so than when fresh). Still had a nice head initially but dissipated more quickly than normal.

I also popped a growler of Earl with the same fill date and it was much more carbonated. Not as tasty as I remembered it but the coffee bitterness was still present. Just didn't have that "fresh coffee" profile.

One of the highlights of driving up to hill is filling growlers at the pure VT stream water filling spots. Just as delicious as the beer.

  • Anna: 1.5L (Magnums only), $40, Limit 1 per person.
um.... guess there's a lot more of these than we all thought..

on Firday/Saturday there were Anna, Florence and Convival Magnums all on the shelf and available to be purchased. You could buy Anna + 1 other at $40 each.

Black Friday specials at Hill Farmstead! They should have opened at 4am for the lulz and seen how many beer geeks lined up in the dead of night.
