My peach wine has stopped bubbling for a week now. So I decided to check it and bottle. It reads 10 brix. Is this stuck fermentation or really ready to bottle?
I think I started wit a 24 brix originallyRefractometer? A direct reading post-fermentation is inaccurate due to the presence of alcohol. Plug the brix reading of your current and original gravities into a refractometer calculator. Free and online versions available.
