Big hello guys and gals from southern Louisiana! I have been home brewing for a few years now and finally decided to take the plunge and join everyone here. I must admit that I've lurked the forums for some time now and finally decided to take the plunge. I enjoy light lagers in the summer and hearty ales when the temperature drops. Wine, whiskey and moonshine anytime in between. I also enjoy outdoor cooking and BBQ. Anyway. lets get the party started!
